CARD MAKING

Our Card Making branch organizes events to celebrate the holidays, birthdays, and other celebrations through the art of writing and decorating cards! At Henry Street Settlement, our first partnered older adult home, all birthdays from one respective month are celebrated on one day. This was our motivation for starting the Card Making branch. Now, for birthdays, volunteers write personalized cards that are hand-delivered during our weekly visit. Through the Card Making branch, every senior can feel seen, remembered, and loved on their special day.
